1. Services
AEGIS-SIGMA provides cybersecurity assessment, remediation, and monitoring services. Delivered as one-time fixes or ongoing subscriptions.
2. Payment
All payments processed through Stripe. One-time fixes charged upfront. Subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
2.1 Monthly Billing
Monthly plans are billed every month on the same day the subscription starts. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and service continues through the end of the current paid month. No early-termination fee.
2.2 Annual Billing
Annual plans are billed once for the full year upfront at the discounted annual rate. Annual subscriptions are a committed, non-refundable one-year term. The annual amount is charged in full at signup and is not refunded pro-rata if the subscription is canceled before the year ends. You may choose not to renew at the end of the term, and service ends at the end of the paid year.
3. Meeting Scheduling & Booking
Bookings made through cal.aegis-sigma.com are subject to the following terms:
3.1 Booking Confirmation
When you book a meeting, you will receive a calendar invitation via email from Google Calendar. Your booking is confirmed when the invitation is delivered. If you do not receive an invitation, contact admin@aegis-sigma.com before the scheduled time.
3.2 Meeting Format
Meetings may be held via Google Meet (video) or by phone call. For phone-call meetings, you agree to provide an accurate phone number at which we can reach you during the scheduled slot.
3.3 Rescheduling & No-Show
Meetings are scheduled in 30-minute slots during published business hours. If you need to reschedule, use the booking link to select a new time. Repeated no-shows may, at our discretion, limit future booking availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate infrastructure information. AEGIS-SIGMA is granted temporary access necessary to perform agreed services.
5. Limitation of Liability
No security solution guarantees complete protection. Liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Cancellation
Monthly plans: may be canceled at any time. Service continues through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
Annual plans: are committed for the full one-year term. The annual fee is non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, notify us before the term ends; service ends at the end of the paid year.
